The Receiving Audit

Are you receiving in proportion to what you create?

You create value everywhere you go.

In your work.
In your business.
In your relationships.
In your family.
In the rooms you lead and the people you hold.

You solve problems.
You make decisions.
You see what others miss.
You carry things so naturally that you may no longer even notice how much you're carrying.

But how much comes back?

Not just in money.

In support. Recognition. Space. Opportunity.
Love. Pleasure. Care.

The Receiving Audit is a free guided experience to help you see where
the balance between what you create and what you receive has quietly shifted.

THE WOMAN

You're used to being the one who can handle it all.

People trust you.

They come to you for answers, perspective, decisions, reassurance.

You see what needs to happen and make it happen. You take responsibility. You create opportunities. You hold people, projects, businesses and families together.

And you’re good at it.

So good, perhaps, that much of what you do no longer registers as giving.

It’s simply who you are.

But there is another side of the equation.

What are you receiving in return?

Not as a reward for everything you do.
Not because life owes you an equal exchange for every act of generosity.

But because a life built almost entirely around your capacity to create, contribute and carry eventually becomes unbalanced if very little is allowed to flow in the other direction.

THE QUESTION

Where has imbalance become normal?

Maybe you create enormous financial value, but receive only a fraction of it.

Maybe you’re surrounded by people who love you, but you’re still the person everyone leans on.

Maybe your contribution has become so reliable that it’s expected rather than recognised.

Maybe you’ve built a beautiful life that leaves surprisingly little room for you.

Or maybe you’re very good at giving love, attention, pleasure and care — and less accustomed to simply letting them come towards you.

None of this necessarily looks like a problem from the outside.

Often, it looks like competence.
Success.
Independence.
A woman who has everything under control.

Which is precisely why the imbalance can be so difficult to see.

THE EXPERIENCE

Five areas to look at the balance

In The Receiving Audit, I’ll guide you through five areas of your life and invite you to look at each one differently.

MONEY
Is the financial return aligned with the value you create?

SUPPORT
Are you being held, or are you always the one holding?

RECOGNITION
Is the value you bring truly seen, acknowledged and reflected back to you?

SPACE
How much of your life is actually available to you?

LOVE, PLEASURE & CARE
How much goodness are you allowing to come towards you?

There is no score at the end.
No diagnosis.
No ideal balance you’re supposed to achieve.

Just an opportunity to see clearly what you may have stopped noticing.

THE PATTERN

What if your response to receiving less has been to create more?

This is what capable women are exceptionally good at.

When the money isn't there, we work harder.

When we're not recognised, we prove ourselves.

When there's no enough support, we become even more capable.

When there's no space, we become more efficient.

When we're not met in the way we long to be met, we give more.

And because it works - at least for a while - we keep doing it.

We become extraordinarily good at compensation for what we aren't receiving.

Until one day, the question is no longer:

How can I do more?

It becomes:

Why am I solving an imbalance in receiving by creating even more?

THE TRUTH

You don't need another thing to work on.

The Receiving Audit isn't a lesson in how to become "better at receiving".

It isn't about becoming less ambitious.
Less generous.
Less independent.
Less capable.

And I'm not going to give you a five-step plan for fixing yourself at the end.

Because what if - just what if - nothing needs fixing?

Perhaps the first thing that needs to happen is simply to notice.

What you create.
What comes back.

What you've stopped asking for.
What you've given up on.
What you've quietly accepted as normal.

And what happens inside you when something good comes towards you and asks nothing in return.

THE INVITATION

What if more isn't the answer?

Maybe the next chapter isn't about working harder.
Giving more.
Holding it better.
Becoming more impressive.

Or finally figuring out how to fit even more into the life you've already built.

Maybe there is another movement available to you.

One that begins not with creating more value -
but with opening your eyes to see the value that is already there. And noticing what you're allowing yourself to receive in return.

THE RECEIVING AUDIT is free and takes approximately 35 minutes.

Bring a note book.
Bring something good to drink.
And give yourself 35 minutes that belong entirely to you.

ABOUT ANNA

I read numbers as easily as I read people.

For more than 30 years, I've worked with businesses, finances, leadership, and people.

I've spent much of my career in rooms where value is created, measured, negotiated, and rewarded.

And I've spent just as much time noticing the things that can't easily be put into a spreadsheet.

The person everyone turns to.
The woman carrying far more than her job description suggests.
The leader whose state changes the entire room.
The entrepreneur creating extraordinary value while wondering why the results don't seem to reflect it.
The patterns underneath the numbers.

Today, my work lives in the intersection of business, leadership, intuition, and life.

I don't believe the most capable women need another person telling them what to do.
Often, they need a place where they can see what is already happening more clearly.

THE RECEIVING AUDIT is one of those places.

Welcome.
