Terms of use

Anna Arnetz/Letting Life Unfold AB's services are offered to businesses. When you purchase a course or sign up for a membership, you agree that all material is protected by copyright. It is therefore prohibited to film, photograph, or copy material for yourself or others. Downloadable material may not be shared with others either — it is your personal material. Login credentials are personal and may not be shared with anyone else.

Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor excluding VAT. The price including VAT is displayed at checkout.

Card payments are processed via Stripe for your security. One of our highest priorities is to protect your financial and personal information. We therefore work with the payment providers Stripe and Klarna, which automatically encrypt all sensitive information transmitted between your computer and their servers. Payment is charged to your payment card on a monthly basis or as a one-time payment, depending on the terms of purchase.

Right of Withdrawal

The Distance Selling Act does not apply to businesses, meaning you have no right of withdrawal on online courses or memberships unless otherwise agreed on the purchase page for the individual course.

Personal Data and Privacy

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"). We consider it a matter of course not to sell, trade, or rent your personal data to others, and we naturally adhere to the rules set out in the GDPR. Under the GDPR, our customers are entitled to information about how their personal data is processed, which we describe in the GDPR document.
