A place to bring what you're carrying.
There are times when you don’t need another strategy, another framework or another person telling you what to do.
You need somewhere to put it all down.
A place to say the things you haven’t quite been able to articulate yet.
To look at what is happening - in your work, your finances, your leadership, your relationships or your life - with someone who can see both the details and the bigger picture.
For 45 minutes, you don’t have to hold the room.
You don’t have to arrive prepared.
You don’t need a clearly defined problem, a goal for the session or a list of questions.
You simply bring what is present.
Maybe there is a decision you keep circling.
Something in your business that doesn’t make sense.
A financial situation you want another pair of eyes on.
A transition you can feel happening before you quite have words for it.
Maybe you are carrying more than usual.
Or perhaps nothing is particularly wrong.
You simply want somewhere to think out loud with someone who listens differently.
We start there.
Anything that matters to you.
Your work.
Leadership, business, decisions, direction, value, pricing, people, responsibility.
Your finances.
What you earn, spend, receive, invest, avoid, worry about or want to understand differently.
Your life.
Transitions, relationships, identity, choices, the things you want more of - and the things you may be ready to leave behind.
And often, of course, these aren’t separate conversations at all.
Because your finances are part of how you organise your life.
The way you lead affects the way you live.
The amount you carry affects the amount of space you have to hear yourself.
And sometimes what looks like a business question turns out to be a life question.
I’m not here to take you through a process.
There is no predetermined outcome we need to reach before our 45 minutes are over.
I listen.
I ask questions.
I notice patterns.
I read numbers as easily as I read people.
I bring more than three decades of financial experience, thirteen years of coaching, years of studying people, leadership and human behaviour - and a lifetime of seeing what sits underneath what is being said.
Sometimes I will reflect something back to you.
Sometimes I will ask the question that changes the entire conversation.
Sometimes we will look at numbers.
Sometimes we will talk about your business.
Sometimes the most valuable thing I can do is simply give you enough space to hear what you already know.
So much of life is spent responding.
Making decisions.
Solving problems.
Holding people.
Keeping things moving.
Especially when you are the person others turn to.
There is something different about entering a room where, for a moment, you are not responsible for anyone else’s experience.
Where there is nothing to perform.
Nothing to prove.
Nothing you need to become.
Just a conversation.
I have spent most of my professional life at the intersection of numbers and people.
I hold an MSc in Business & Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics and have more than three decades of experience in accounting and finances, including investment banking, entrepreneurship, consulting and financial leadership.
I have also spent thirteen years coaching and studying the less measurable parts of being human — behaviour, patterns, nervous systems, intuition and the ways we make meaning of our lives.
I am a certified coach, yoga teacher and Master Face Reader.
For a long time, these looked like very different bodies of work.
Today I don’t see a separation.
Numbers tell stories.
People tell stories.
Businesses tell stories.
And I read all three.
